We have designed a specific strategy for every area of the home. This guarantees that your entire home will be cleaned top to bottom every time to your standards. Here is an itemized list of our 66-point checklist.

• Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door-frames and switch plates

• Countertops and backsplash cleaned and disinfected

• Sinks scrubbed, disinfected and polished 

• Floor/rugs vacuumed and/or washed

• Windowsills cleaned (mini blinds cleaned during deep cleaning) 

• Trash emptied and bags replaced (trashcan sanitized during deep cleaning)

• Light fixtures dusted

• High areas dusted and cobwebs removed

• Air vents vacuumed/dusted

• Visible baseboards dusted

• Knickknacks/pictures lightly dusted (individually dusted during deep cleaning)

• Curtains vacuumed during deep cleaning

• Ceiling fan/light fixtures dusted (ceiling fan cleaned during deep cleaning. HEIGHT restrictions apply)

• Sinks and fixtures cleaned and disinfected (Soap scum treated and removed during deep cleaning)

• Showers, tubs and tile scrubbed (Mildew treated during deep cleaning)

• Visible baseboards dusted

• Knickknacks/pictures dusted (Individually dusted during deep cleaning)

• Countertops cleaned and disinfected

• Light fixtures dusted

• Exterior cabinets/drawers cleaned

• Toilets scrubbed inside/out, behind and base

• Switch plates and outlet covers wiped

• Floors/rugs vacuumed/swept and mopped

• High areas dusted and cobwebs removed

• Trash emptied and bag replaced (trashcan sanitized during deep cleaning)

• Mirrors cleaned

• Air vents dusted

• Doors, frames and door knobs wiped

• Linens changed during deep cleaning if left out

• Curtains vacuumed during deep cleaning

• Beds made and pillows fluffed

• Mirror and glass cleaned

• Rugs vacuumed

• Linens changed during deep cleaning (if left out)

• Knickknacks/pictures lightly dusted (individually dusted during deep cleaning)

**We do not move furniture or flip mattresses. For our safety, we limit the amount of weight to 20 lbs. We are accustomed to moving tables, chairs and ottomons for cleaning. If there is something heavier that you would like us to clean behind or under, you're welcome to move it and we will clean it.

**We will clean interior windows for an extra charge. Please see "Our Services" page.

**High clutter areas such as excessive amount of knickknacks on furniture will be lightly dusted with a duster and cleaned around to the best of our ability.  If there is an excessive amount of knickknacks and you would like them dusted individually, please let us know when booking an appointment. *There may be an extra charge.

 

**Fireplaces: Our vacuums are not equipped to handle the ash/soot from a fireplace. If you provide a broom and pan, we will gladly sweep it out for you. *May be an extra charge.

**We do not have the equipment to clean chandeliers. These items take special equipment and require special training in order to clean them thoroughly.
